The policy of canceling a transaction and returning products is subject to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of a transaction), 1981-2010.
1. Canceling a transaction
If the customer wishes to cancel a purchase transaction made through the website, the customer is legally entitled to cancel the transaction in writing from the day the transaction was made and up to seven days from the day the product was received. Cancellation in writing should be done by electronic communication at marinashva@gmail.com
2. Conditions for returning a product
As a condition for returning a product to the company, the customer must return the product undamaged and/or undamaged and unused, and returned in the original packaging with the product label still attached to the product. Please note that it is not possible to return a single item purchased as part of a set, but only the entire set with all its items.
To eliminate doubt, a product that does not meet these preliminary conditions will not entitle the customer to a replacement or return.
3. Conditions for exchanging a product

4. How to return the product

5. How to replace the product
The customer will contact customer service on the website or at 03-7251624 to coordinate delivery for another product.
6. Miscellaneous
Regarding this policy, the customer must inform the company of her wish by phone and/or email and/or through the website.
If the customer did not act in accordance with the articles of the company's policy and/or the terms of use, the customer will not be entitled to a refund or credit. For the avoidance of doubt, the company is the one that exercises exclusive discretion regarding the condition of the products and is also entitled to reject customer return and/or exchange requests in accordance with its sole discretion.
In the event of a product return, the company will cancel the charge and notify the consumer's credit card company of the cancellation of the transaction, and the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of the product return. For the avoidance of doubt, the funds will be returned exclusively to the credit card from which the order was made and within a time frame in accordance with the regulations of clearing companies and credit cards. The refund will be made under the same conditions as the original deal, including the same number of payments.
The company may charge the customer a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the product or NIS 100, whichever is the lower.
If the customer canceled the order on the website before the product was sent to her on behalf of the company, and after receiving written confirmation of the cancellation from the company, the company will not charge the customer any additional charges and the money she paid for the transaction will be returned to the customer, including the shipping fees.
It should be noted that direct cards cannot be credited, and therefore direct card holders are entitled to receive credit on the website only.
The company reserves the right to amend and/or change the regulations for exchanging and/or returning products at any time it deems appropriate.
This product exchange and/or return policy has been formulated in the singular feminine language for convenience reasons only, but is intended for both women and men.
